You can use Apprenticeships to train both new and existing employees.  Apprenticeships ensure that your workforce has the practical skills and qualifications your organisation needs now and in the future.

 

Today’s Apprenticeship programmes generally last for 1 year to 18 months and can cover subjects such as Business Administration, Legal Secretary, ITQ (IT Skills), Management and Team Leading providing the apprentice with a nationally recognised qualification at Intermediate and Advanced levels.
