Train to Gain- Subsidised Training Solutions
Every Step is delighted to be a provider of the Learning and Skills Council initiative Train to Gain. This concept has been launched to help businesses improve their productivity and competitiveness assisting them with training their staff.
Eligible employees may be able to achieve an NVQ Level 2 in Information Technology Qualification (ITQ) or Customer Service as part of the subsidised TTG programme. (click on the highlighted links for further details)

Monetary benefits to this scheme include possible entitlement of wage compensations for businesses with 50 staff or less.
